Thank you for selecting Webster Dental Associates for your dental care. Our entire staff will make every effort possible to assure you of the highest quality dental care in a comfortable and relaxing environment.
Upon arrival, you will be greeted by one of our front-desk adminstrative assistants. She will collect your insurance information (if applicable) and ask you to fill out our Health History form. Soon after, you will be introduced to the chairside dental assistant who will obtain any necessary x-rays. Finally, you will meet your dentist and will receive a thorough dental examination. The doctor will explain any dental issues and help you formulate a treatment plan specific for you.

8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Friday: 7:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
If a dental emergency occurs during regular office hours, please call our office as early in the day as possible. If you have a dental emergency when the office is closed, please call our answering service at 920-435-1998.
If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance so we can accommodate another patient with your appointment time.
As a courtesy to our patients, our office will submit your dental insurance claims. Webster Dental is a Premier Provider of Delta Dental. Please present your insurance identification card at the time of your appointment. Remember that your insurance policy is a contract between you, your employer, and your insurance company. With this in mind, it is important to familiarize yourself with the terms and conditions of your individual policy. Our business staff will be available to answer any questions or concerns that you may have regarding your dental insurance. Please remember, the balance of your account is your responsibility.
We do encourage payment of services at the time of your appointment. A 5% courtesy consideration will be applied for your payment in full on the day service is provided.
You may request an estimate for any recommended dental treatment, and if necessary, financial arrangements can be made with our business staff. A service charge will be applied to all accounts not paid in full within 90 days of treatment.
