Our Story

Webster Dental has been providing quality dental care in northeast Wisconsin since 1926, proudly treating four generations of satisfied and loyal customers.

 

Our team is a family. We care about your family’s oral health and the impact on your lives.

Office Hours

Our team is dedicated to your comfort and health.  At your first visit we will review your dental and medical history, take any necessary X-rays and your dentist will complete a thorough examination of your teeth and oral tissues. The doctor will explain any dental issues, formulate a personalized treatment plan, and answer all your questions.

Monday through Thursday
8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Friday:  7:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
 

If a dental emergency occurs during regular office hours, please call our office as early in the day as possible.  If you have a dental emergency when the office is closed, please call our answering service at 920-435-1998.
 

If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance so we can accommodate another patient with your appointment time.

Dental Insurance

As a courtesy to our patients, our office will submit your dental insurance claims.  Webster Dental is a Premier Provider of Delta Dental. Please present your insurance identification card at the time of your appointment.  Remember that your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company. 

With this in mind, it is important to familiarize yourself with the terms and conditions of your individual policy.  Our business staff will be available to help answer any questions or concerns that you may have regarding your dental claims. Please remember, the balance of your account is your responsibility.

Payment Policy

We do encourage payment of services at the time of your appointment.  5% courtesy consideration will be applied to payment in full by cash/check or 3% by credit card.

You may request an estimate for any recommended dental treatment, and if necessary, financial arrangements can be made with our business staff.  A service charge will be applied to all accounts not paid in full within 90 days of treatment.

Sterilization Procedures

We can assure you that we are sterilizing by autoclaving all dental hand-pieces and instruments between the treatment of each patient as recommended by the American Dental Association and the Center for Disease Control and Prevention.
