Dr. Charles Mueller
Dr. Mueller is a graduate of the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry. After graduating in 1987, he continued his training by completing the Advanced General Dentistry (AGD) residency at the University of Minnesota. Dr. Mueller practiced in the Twin Cities until relocating his family to Green Bay in 1993. A Racine, Wisconsin, native, Dr. Mueller did his undergraduate work at the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee and Madison.
Dr. Mueller is a member of the American Dental Association, the Wisconsin Dental Association, the Brown–Door–Kewaunee Dental Society and belongs to the Bayside Dental Study Club. He is active in helping the underserved by participating in the Donated Dental Services program since 2002 and by volunteering at the Community Dental Clinic at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College. He is also an active member of the Allouez Optimist Club.
Dr. Mueller and his wife, Mary, have 3 adult sons. He enjoys following the Packers, Brewers, Bucks and Badgers. He also is an outdoor enthusiast, enjoying the woods and waters of Wisconsin.

Dr. Michael Hendrickson
Dr. Hendrickson, a Green Bay native, graduated from Green Bay East High School and then attended the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. From there, he attained his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Minnesota. After graduation in 1995, Dr. Hendrickson returned to Green Bay to join the team at Webster Dental.
Dr. Hendrickson is a member of the American Dental Association, the Wisconsin Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the Brown–Door–Kewaunee Dental Society. From 1996 to 2004, he served as a clinical instructor in the Dental Hygiene School at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College.
Dr. Mike and his wife, Angie, keep busy raising their three children, Raymond, Rylee and Sonja. When not practicing dentistry, Dr. Hendrickson can be found on the golf course, the ski slopes, or exploring Great Lakes shipwrecks.

Dr. Alyce Hockers
Born and raised in Green Bay, Dr. Hockers is a graduate of Marquette Dental School, obtaining her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree, summa cum laude. As an undergraduate, she attended St. Norbert College in De Pere, where she also graduated summa cum laude, in three years, earning a degree in Biology.
Dr. Hockers knew at a very young age, after visiting her Allouez orthodontist too many times to count, that she wanted to be a dentist and to help people love their smiles. In her spare time she loves to get lost in a good book, bake a delicious dessert, or spend quality time with her husband Jaryd, their son, Jack, daughter Daphne and their family dog, Hermione. On summer weekends you can find her boating in Door County on her Dad's vintage Chris Craft and during our long, cold winter weekends she can be found cheering on our Green Bay Packers.

Dr. Kirk DeCremer
Doctor DeCremer was born and raised in Madison, Wisconsin. He attended Verona Area High
School where he excelled both academically and athletically. He earned a full-ride to the
University Wisconsin-Madison to play football for the Badgers. He is a born and bred Badger,
as his late father played basketball for the Badgers, and his grandpa was a pole vaulter for the
University.
One of his biggest achievements while at UW Madison was earning the Ivan B.
Williamson Scholastic Award, as well as being named a National Freshman All-American.
Multiple spinal surgeries derailed his football career. After graduating from UW-Madison with a BS in Zoology, he attended Marquette University School of Dentistry, where he graduated with Magna Cum Laude Honors.
He is honored to follow in the footsteps of his father, who worked as a dentist for many years before his passing. His mother was also a Dental Hygienist, and credits much of his success to the encouragement of his parents.
Doctor DeCremer joined Webster Dental Associates in 2017, and he and his wife, Taylor, reside in Green Bay. They have one son, Harrison and one daughter, Charleston whom they adore. His two dogs, Moxy and Teddy, bring so much joy to his life. Doctor DeCremer enjoys working in his yard, clay target shooting, and bird hunting in his spare time. He takes pride in his dental career, and providing exceptional care to all.
